Please read carefully. By purchasing or participating in any product, service, or digital offering from Rose & Main Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”), including but not limited to the Print Life Membership, Portfolio Bootcamp, digital challenges, workshops, and coaching, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following terms:
1. PROGRAM ACCESS & DELIVERY
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the program or digital product as outlined on the corresponding sales page. For time-based or live programs (e.g., Portfolio Bootcamp), access will be delivered according to the published start date and schedule. For self-paced programs (e.g., Print Life Membership), access will begin immediately and continue as long as your subscription remains active.
We reserve the right to update, adjust, or enhance materials or bonuses during your access period. If a program is retired, we will provide a minimum of 30 days' notice.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE
All content provided is owned by Rose & Main Inc. and is protected under copyright law. This includes but is not limited to: videos, PDFs, downloads, workbooks, templates, community content, and recorded calls. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any materials without prior written permission.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for individual use only.
3. FEES, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
By enrolling, you agree to pay the published fee in full or according to the selected payment plan.
Print Life Membership: This is a recurring monthly or annual subscription. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued on past payments.
Portfolio Bootcamp: Comes with a 3-month money-back guarantee. To request a refund, you must contact us within 90 days of your purchase and show proof of completed coursework.
All Other Digital Products (including workshops, style bootcamps, and challenges): Due to the instant-access nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If your payment method fails or a scheduled payment is declined, your access may be suspended until payment is resolved.
4. LIVE COACHING, BONUSES & COMMUNITY
Live trainings, peer panels, critiques, and bonuses may vary by offer and are subject to scheduling and availability. These are provided as part of the program experience and are not guaranteed indefinitely.
We reserve the right to adjust or remove live elements, coaching access, or community spaces at any time. You will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
5. DISCLAIMERS
Rose & Main Inc. does not guarantee specific results. Your success depends on your effort, your application of the material, and other individual factors. We provide educational resources, not financial, legal, or therapeutic advice.
We are not responsible for your decisions, actions, or results stemming from your participation.
6. CLIENT CONDUCT & TERMINATION
You agree to participate in a respectful, inclusive, and non-disruptive manner. We reserve the right to remove any client from our community or programs without refund if they display harmful behavior, violate our terms, or misuse program content.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants, program materials, and discussions within our private communities. You may not share any personal information, coaching conversations, or proprietary methods outside of the program.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Rose & Main Inc. and its team from any claims, damages, or liabilities that arise from your participation in our programs or use of our services.
9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action will be resolved in the courts located nearest to San Diego, CA.
